全套管搖管機 Hydraulic Casing Oscillator
全套管搖管機於 1950 年代初期由法國廠商首先開發研製。由於具備快速、低噪音、低污染等施工特點， 是目前品質最好、功能最佳的基樁工程施工設備。
唯一的缺點是各廠牌全套管搖管機的安全保護裝置普遍不夠完整：一旦發生故障， 輕者造成停工，重者將造成埋樁、補樁，以及價值數百萬的套管埋在地層裡， 不僅帶來嚴重經濟損失，也會嚴重影響工程進度。

- 泵浦出油高壓過濾網裝置，保護油壓系統及延長使用壽命。
Hi-pressure screen on hydraulic pump output protects the system and extends service life. - 全機全自動定時、定量注油潤滑系統，各關節插梢全部自動注油，減輕操作人員的工作負荷。
Fully automatic constant lubricating system re-lubricates each joint pin periodically. - 配置水平儀及上、下管夾上緊指示燈；夾緊時燈會亮、未夾緊時燈會熄滅，操作手容易辨識，避免上夾打滑。
Level measuring devices with clamping indicators for upper and lower pipeline clamps. - 舉昇超角度保護裝置，可避免因舉昇角度過大而造成軸心彎曲損壞。
Protection device prevents excessive lifting angle from bending the spindle. - 回油強迫過濾裝置，保持操作油的清潔度。
Forced return-oil filtering assures clean operational oil. - 白鐵柴油箱，不會因油箱生鏽產生雜物阻塞柴油管影響引擎壽命。
Stainless steel fuel tank causes no rust congestion in the oil line. - 配置大型氣冷式冷卻風箱，使油溫低，油管及油封不易老化及漏油。
Large air-cooled fan keeps oil temperature low, reducing aging and leakage. - 變徑管套上下插梢，管套不會上浮、扭曲變形。
Upper and lower pins for diameter-changeable sleeves prevent floating and deformation. - 引擎溫度保護裝置，溫度異常時引擎會自動熄火，警示燈會顯示。
Engine temperature protection with automatic shutdown and alarm. - 引擎機油保護裝置，油量不足時引擎會自動熄火，警示燈會顯示。
